How to apply for GIPC
GIPC reviews each application individually. The review considers the applicant’s school education, intended Bachelor pathway, language level and available documents. Our admissions process is designed to be clear and transparent, guiding applicants through each stage of their application.
Who can apply?
- International applicants may apply if they plan to study for a Bachelor’s degree in Germany and require a structured T-Course or W-Course Foundation pathway before their next academic step. Applicants should normally have completed secondary school in their home country and should be able to provide school certificates and transcripts.

- Passport copy
- School leaving certificate
- Transcript of records
- English language certificate, usually at least B2 level or equivalent
- CV
- Motivation statement, if requested
- APS certificate, if applicable for the applicant's country
- Certified translations, if documents are not issued in English or German
- Any previous university documents, if applicable

1- Submit your documents
Submit your documents via our enquiry form or contact our International Admissions Team at international@gip-college.de. -
2- Document Review
We review your documents and assess your academic eligibility within 48 hours. The Admissions Team also checks whether the T-Course or W-Course pathway is appropriate for your intended Bachelor programme. -
3- Mandatory Interview
All applicants are required to attend a mandatory interview with the GIPC Admissions Team to assess their suitability for the programme. -
4- Letter of Admission
If you successfully complete the interview, you will receive your Letter of Admission, study contract, course information and payment details. -
5- Deposit and Confirmation
An initial deposit of EUR 2,000 is required to confirm your place in the upcoming intake. -
6- Visa Documents
Once the initial deposit of EUR 2,000 has been received, GIPC provides the relevant enrolment and programme-related documents for your student visa application. -
7- Arrival and Course Start
Students arrive in Berlin or Düsseldorf and begin their T-Course / W-Course Programme (Foundation) according to the confirmed schedule.
Progression to an MDH Bachelor’s Programme
- Students who successfully complete the T-Course / W-Course Programme (Foundation), including the required mid-term and final examinations, can progress directly to the corresponding MDH Bachelor’s programme, provided all legally required documents and formal admission requirements are complete.
